Server: is this like "smtp.domain-name.com" ???
Port: ???
Requires Authentication ???

I think some of this depends on your hoster. Our hoster said to use localhost, port 25.

I contacted the hoster and they said:
Please use localhost as the smtp server for your web application. You will not need to configure your web application for smtp authentication. Read this kb article. http://kb.discountasp.net/article.aspx?id=10106
He said use port 25 or just leave it blank.
