SMTP Server settings

For the SMTP Server setting:

Server: is this like "smtp.domain-name.com" ???

Port: ???

Requires Authentication ???

I think some of this depends on your hoster. Our hoster said to use localhost, port 25.

Here is an example of using Gmail as SMTP. In the last post there is a settings sample. Have a look at that

I contacted the hoster and they said:

Please use localhost as the smtp server for your web application. You will not need to configure your web application for smtp authentication. Read this kb article. http://kb.discountasp.net/article.aspx?id=10106

He said use port 25 or just leave it blank.
