Suggestion: Combine initial subscription notices to one msg

When a customer registers with the site and you have multiple email lists established in your store, the customer receives a separate notification message for each list to which they subscribed.

It would be much better if a single introduction email was sent when a user record is created.

I've reported this as a feature enhancement. I'm doubtful it will make it into 7.0.
