Unable to modify BilltoEmail

If a customer enters an incorrect email during the purchase process, it must be edited. I cannot find a way to do it.

In order summary you can pull up the customer profile and change the user record, but that doesn't change the billtoemail on the order itself.

Is there somewhere else this can be done?

This worked for me. I went to the profile, changed the email address and went back to the order. It showed up as the modified email address in the bill to area. Are you able to reproduce this every time?

That's because the order summary screen is showing you the email address from the user profile, not the order record.

Look in your ac_Orders table at the BilltoEmail field. It'll still be set to the original email address.

I've tested it several times.

The edit addresses section on the order summary needs a field added for the BilltoEmail so it can be modified post-order, or modifying the user record email address should global search-and-replace all orders for that user.
