Cant seem to get ups to work

My system will display usps rates but I cant seem to get it to display ups rates. Any ideas for me to try?

In my old store you had to enter your license key,password etc.. i dont see anyplace to enter this info in AC

I was able to get the UPS rates OK without entering the access key, etc. I just followed the prompts under Configure--Shipping--Intergrated Carriers. You do have to select the UPS shipping methods you want- we couldn't do that in 5.5, so maybe that is what you missed.

I went through and filled out the pages and then added shipping options. I tried using debug mode also which doesnt do anything it seems.

Do your products have weights and do you have a warehouse address in?

yes and yes. Plus usps does work fine which it wouldnt if those where not in the system. I tried making the order heavy etc..
