Help me create this Bundle/Package/Kit feature

Hi, I am having troubles wrapping my head around how to do the kit feature below in AC7

For example, say I sell sunglasses, and want to give discounts packages when ordered in quantity of 5, 10, 20, 40. These packages also include cases, straps and displays at variable quantities.

Additionally, canadian customers get free shipping (up to $40 charge) And, the package special is only available to products that are $100 or less each. If they want a product above that price (say $150), the difference is added on top of the total.

Example package:

10 sunglasses
10 cases
5 straps
1 display case

The other problem is that all these products needs to be deducted from the inventory.

Really not sure how to do this. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Can you give a few more example packages so we can see how the quantities are related?

Sure, The quantity is variable for each. Not much relation.

Example package:

20 sunglasses
20 cases
10 straps
3 display case
-free shipping to canadian customers

40sunglasses
20 cases
20 straps
3 display case
-free shipping to canadian customers
