Where is Credit Card Verification Number Stored?

Where is Credit Card Verification Number Stored?

I have some credit card payments I'm trying to process manually via my physical machine, external to ablecommerce. I can see where the credit card number is stored in the order details, but not the ccv. Where can I see this?

CCV is not stored. Merchants are not allowed to store that number.
Able Customer Since 1999 Currently Running on GOLD R12 SR1 and PCI Certified.
