Promotions not showing up on Invoices/Packing Slips

Hello,

We've set up several promotions, but the one in question is I have promotions set up to provide a free product upon purchasing certain merchandise. It shows up in the check out and works fine, however when you go into the dashboard to print out their invoices/packing slips it does not show up there. It does however show up in details for the order that there is a Free product/promotion. Is there a way to make the promotion show up on the invoices or packing slips so it is easier for us to tell that we need to send out that promotion with the merchandise otherwise we have to go into each orders detail to see if the customer selected the promotion. Has anyone had success with this yet?

How did you set up the promotion so it adds a free gift with purchase? I have a client that needs to do this but we are having trouble figuring it out.

I assume we will have the same issue with the invoices and packing slips that you have and will need to figure this out also. Without looking at how you did it, I can only guess that invoices.aspx and packslips.aspx will need updating to reflect the gift.
