Page themes and scriplet selections

Where are page themes and scriptlet selections stored. If in database, which table(s)? If on file system, which file(s)?

Themes are stored in their appropriate folders beneath ~/App_Themes.

Both default and custom Scriptlets are stored in the ~/App_Data/Scriptlets/ folder.
