Email Templates Missing

When we were with BV our adminCP came with a bunch of email templates for auto responses. Our new Able admin has NONE.
I noticed in this thread:
viewtopic.php?f=42&t=6440&

that there was a post with the default template for Able. This leads me to believe that we should have at least one template, if not more, by default. We have not deleted them either.

Does anyone know where my templates are/went ?

I checked in our install folder/even the file we downloaded.

Couldn't locate any templates.

Hi there,

The email templates would be included when you install using the default "Basic Data" option. They are stored in the database and many of them use trigger settings. I have been wanting to put together a patch that includes all the templates but there are about 20 of them. If you can wait a few days, I might be able to get you something.

Thanks for the quick response. This would be a huge help.

I didn't install our package so I'm not sure what options we picked.

I still do need the templates.

We could write all these from scratch, but we would rather start with the base and make it 'FireFold.'

If there is anywhere I can pull these out - say the zip. Let me know. I just need to get the ball rolling on these templates.

Here is a sql script for them. Be sure to check out the info- it was from a test site. Also, there are a few errors in the templates where there is not a / between the site url and page name-- order confirmation email is one of those places.

Hi,

The sql script Judy provided is going to be the quickest way to get them entered, but if you can't use the script, then I'll have something available tomorrow. You'll use the Able Admin interface to enter them.
