Edit Basket Items

I'm sure the answer is right in front of me but I can't see it.

How do I make it so I can edit items in the basket?

When I click on the basket item it takes me to a new item.

You have to go to the basket page and edit them there- delete or change quantity. You can't change options or kits for a product in the basket.
