Product did not show up in Shipping(Admin)

Product did not show up in Shipping(Admin)

Hello,

All orders have worked so far except this is the first one from this category.

See Pictures:
  • The product did not show up in the admin shipping control so I was unable to enter a tracking number.
    When I clicked on "Edit" the product did not show up there either.
    The Product is assigned a warehouse with a address and that did not show up in the "Ship From" area either.

In the admin summary control, all options showed up like normal.

Is it possible that the product was accidentally marked as a non-shippable item?

Hello Mike,

Originally, I had to add the shipping information in for the customer....I believe the first time I saw the order on the "Orders" screen it was marked non-shippable...I thought that was because no shipping information was entered, but would be corrected after I made the change.

Hello,

Check the product editing page and change the product from non-shippable to shippable. This will not affect orders which are already placed as all this information is written to the order_items table, so you have the correct information associated with an order, regardless of how the product is changed.
