Data Port Utility Can't Upload

For whatever reason, when I try to upload items with the dataport utility it keeps giving me an error that there are no products to upload?

I have a test.csv file that contains 12 products?

I think your product CSV data is not correct format, and the CSV reader is not able to read the records correctly..
