FedEx Shipping Set-up Error

I just set-up FedEx as an intregrated carrier in AC 7.0. I'm getting the following error, "3102 : Service call failed." during live mode.

In test mode, the shipping quotes appear in the shipping estimator, just fine. As soon as I switch to live mode, only the UPS shipping options that I previously set-up appear, and none of the FedEx rates appear.

This is the live mode url that it's using...https://gateway.fedex.com/GatewayDC

Any help of what I could have set-up wrong?

Hello,

You might want to contact FedEX and see if your account is setup for live rates. It should be working if you can get rates in test mode.

Thanks for the follow-up. I just checked and it works now. I called FedEx earlier tonight and apparently FedEx's API was down yesterday when I was testing.
