I have been unable to get a credit card to successfully process. I have my settings set to "Authorize." The credit card is successfully "Authorized" when an order is placed. However, when I try to capture the funds from the Adminstrator side, I get the following error message:
9/20/2008 6:32 AM Authorize.Net Capture $61.48 FAILED A valid referenced transaction ID is required. (33)
Transaction ID:0
My gateway is Authorize.Net and appears to be setup correctly.
Please help!
Thanks!

Re: Error Message: A valid referenced transaction ID is required
Check your payment gateway in AC7 and make sure you're not set to Test or Sandbox mode.

Re: Error Message: A valid referenced transaction ID is required
Setting in AC7 for my Gateway are:
Production Gateway, Live Mode
I did find a setting inside my Authorize.Net account called "Response/Receipt URL's." I may not have this configured properly. It looks like Authorize.Net is looking for the receipt page on AC7. I do not have anything entered in this setting and am wondering if this could be causing the problem. Anyone else using Auth.net have this setting configured?
(In your Auth.net account, it's under "Settings" -> "Transaction Format Settings" -> "Response/Receipt URLs")

Ok that's a good start - sometimes people accidently leave it set to Test mode.
Response/Receipt URLs are not used, so you can leave those as default of blank in ANet.
I would submit a support ticket with Able. There really isn't much at all you have to configure on the ANet side of things. Once you have the Merchant Login and Transaction Key specified in AC7, everything (usually) works. The gateway itself is very easy to configure, so I'm guessing the issue is probably in the ANet side of the configuration.
You haven't been changing any of the payment encryption settings lately or possibly moved your site from one physical web server to another recently have you?
