Configuring Returning items of order in 30 days

HI All,

We have configured AbleCommerece7.0, we want to configure store like that anyone who made order can come to website and can return items within 30 days

USPS integration,
1) Customer places order on our site.
2) Customer receives merchandise from us.
3) Customer does not like the item(s) and wishes to return the merchandise.
4) Customer will login to their account on our site, to look-up their order
5) Customer clicks on the item(s) they wish to return.
6) Customer then is directed to a page where they can print out the USPS return label (in PDF format).

Please suggest how to configure that person who purchase item can return item to us.

Also how to print out the USPS return label
