How to remove Shipping Gateways.

Post by lsalton » Mon Oct 06, 2008 7:32 am

Hi there,

How can I remove Shipping Gateways from Shipping Gateways' screen?

There are 5 Gateways and I want to keep only 3.
I did a change on Addgateway.aspx, it worked but I didn't like and I want to know if have a better way.
I've looked for in database of AC7 to see if had a table with these gateways, but don't have!

Please help me!

Tks,

Leo.

I'm not sure I understand your post.

Are you wanting to remove an existing gateway that's been configured?

Yes! That's it!

I want to remove USPS and Canada post service from shipping methods and keep the other 3, because here (BRAZIL) they're not useful.

How can I do this?

In the Admin side, go to Configure, Shipping, Integrated Carriers.

The shipping gateway you have already configured will be listed. Click the red X next to the configured gateways you do not want. Those gateways will be deleted.

This process you explained I already Know, the problem is bigger than that!

Look:

In admin side, go to => Configure, Shipping, Integrated Carriers

click button "ADD CARRIER" so that it will show you "Add Integrated Carrier" screen and there will be 5 Integrated Carrier like these below:

CanadaPost
DHL
FedEx
UPS OnLine® Tools
U.S. Postal Service

I want to remove from this screen the first (CanadaPost) and the last one (U.S. Postal Service)

Delete CommerceBuilder.CanadaPost.dll and CommerceBuilder.USPS.dll from the bin directory.
