Data Port error HELP

Hi guys, I've read and read trying to find a solution to my problem but have yet to find any so I will see if someone may have some good suggestions for me.

I am using a shared hosting environment and just set up IIS so that i am able to logon but instead of a 401 error i am now greeted with the following error after trying to logon.

You have updated the DataClient.Api dll correctly but your store is not updated.
Your store build number is: 9381

Please update your store and specially the ~/ClientApi/ClientApiService.ashx file.
It is always recommended to update your stores for latest bug fixes and enhancements.
