Fedex Shipping Calculator Not working correctly

We are a Canadian company and have setup the Shipping Estimator and are experiencing several problems.

1. The shipping estimator does not show the same amount as the shipping amount upon checkout

2. Sometimes for US customers, none of the shipping options even show. Ex. Shipping Ground no longer shows.

3. The shipping amounts returned to the system are no where near the shipping costs we calculate through the shipping manager and fedex.ca

Are you using the shipping calculator in the latest build that includes all the fields, like street address? I think they added those fields because FedEx wasn't returning accurate quotes without them.

Also,

For Fedex Ground option, it doesn't show it for US customers but does for Canadian Customers.. It is a standard option by Fedex and it is what we have always selected through their ship manager.

I just realized Fedex Ground doesnt show for US customers that are residential, but it shows up for businesses. This should not matter as this service is offered for both.

No, it's not 7.1. It is build 10152 which is SR1a. You might already be using that build.
