Security Update

Hiii,

i want to install security update on my application..
i have install on my local machine with using
"http://help.ablecommerce.com/upgrades/a ... _bulletins /security_patch_for_ablecommerce_7"

How will i installed it with my applicaion or how can i configure it..

Please read the "Read Me" file available with upgrade. If you want to upgrade your online site, then you will need some FTP tool for uploading files and ability to backup/restore your database.
