Combining Basket Lines

Combining Basket Lines

I want to not combine basket line items when adding to cart.

In 7.0 I foundd an overloaded method called basket.Package() that appears to accomplish this. Ther are also other objects that have a Package method. If I want to just not collapse basket lines, do I just focus on basket.Package?
