Switching between PaymentGateway Testmode to live mode

Hi,

When I configure gateway I have option for live mode or test mode. This seems to be one time setting for that gateway.
But we want our admin people to go thru checkout in test mode on production(LIVE) site and Customer to go through LIVE MODE so that they are actually charged for the product they are buying.

How do we do this dynamically?

Any help?

Can any one please reply to the above post.

When user logs on to as admin, his transaction should be in testmode.
Where as for other users it should be live mode.

Gateway can't be in both modes simultaneously. Either it will be in test mode or live mode. I don't think so that it is possible to have it in test mode for merchants and live for customers.
