Shipping message being dropped

Shipping message is being dropped during checkout finalization.

What conditions exist during conversion from basket to order that might trigger the shipping message to be dropped?

Could you explain the problem? Also make sure that when checking out the basket the basket shipment contains a some message.

Currently the AbleCommerce doesn't makes use of this field but the purpose was to have some location that could be used to mark the address valid,verified or not.
