Id like to use a slightly more powerful mailing list software then what is built in to able.
I was thinking PHPlist, its designed to run on Apache. But this how to says you can get it to run on IIS.

I assume this could be integrated in to the account setup. With a check box for "Sign me up for news letter"
Are there other free open source mailing list your recommend?
Or what are the advantages to using a paid service?
