Free Shipping for Gift Certificates

Hello All,
We are selling Gift Certificates on our site.

But a shipping charge is being added to the item, which doesn't make sense, since these are electronic deliveries.

How do we set shipping chanrges to $0 for Gift Certificates?

Do we need to create a "free shipping" warehouse for the Gift Cards? Or is there an admin setting?

create a warehouse called "E-mail products" and set it up with a flat rate "E-mail delivery" shipping method
