Best way to setup Product Combo specials?

Hello,

I can see a couple ways this could be setup, but when alll things are considered (especially import / exports of product quantities and inventory tracking), what is the best way for us to create product combos?

Also, I would like to have a store category that shows current combos / specials... So whatever method is used (be a bundle or whatever), would have to be able to be assigned to a category easily.
