Has anyone used Cardinal Commerce with AC7?
We were just wondering what someone's experience might be with their services (in particular: VbV and MasterCard SecureCode). We were wondering if anyone had any customer complaints regarding the checkout process with these services. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

We used it with Able 5 because of selling products where there was a great amount of fraud. They wrote the integration themselves and it worked OK, but people had more checkout problems than we liked- not because of Cardinal, but because the data is going to one more connection during checkout.

Thanks for the reply, Judy. Do you still use them, or have you tried something else? From what we have been told, the checkout process is supposed to be smoother now...I guess we will find out.

That Able 5 site doesn't use them because the company went out of business. I had another client who just had me take the code off his site. He just said it wasn't "working" for them and I assume he meant the need for it didn't justify the slower/one added step checkout because he sells water softeners which aren't a high fraud product.
The only major trouble we had on the first site wasn't with Cardinal, it was with our bank. Someone placed some fraud orders from South America and they had coverage under Verified by Visa, but it took weeks to get our bank to turn down the chargebacks and we had to get Cardinal and Visa involved to convince them. Then they got so mad about their ignorance on the matter that they made us switch to another processor!
