Batch upload/export - Pricing Rules

Ok - this is a tricky one (for me at least)

Client has a base price that the average joe blogs will buy products at but then he has 4 other prices for different Trade Groups which i have set up (lets call them Trade 1, 2, 3 & 4). He has around 200 products in the store and wants to know how he can batch upload the pricing rules?!

I'm stuck trying to work out how this is done.

Example:
Product 1
SRP: 34.99
Trade 1: 21.95
Trade 2: 22.75
Trade 3: 23.01
Trade 4: 24.00

Really hope thats not true.......don't fancy going through 200 odd products and manually inputting it
