Is there a way to allow a customer to specify their own ups or fedx account number for shipping?

By default Able dose not use your account number to get your personalized rates for UPS. Just published.
Iv seen a few people edit Able to use a XML user name and password to get there custom rates. The customer would need to log in to UPS and make an XML key and user name.
Im not sure about Fedex.
