newbie ftp question
I have been using frontpage for 10 years. I have never used ftp....sooo..... I loaded my new ablecommerce site on my hosts web server. Using ftp I uploaded 3 image large folders, into the "assets" folder. I figured I could move all the image files into the asset folder but I can not figure out how this is done. I can not drag and drop, cut , copy or paste. Can someone enlighten me. Thanks

Re: newbie ftp question
Some of it would depend on your host's control panel, but the ones I have seen are very clunky when it comes to moving files. You might be better off uploading to the Assets folder directly via ftp than trying to move images.

Re: newbie ftp question
Some systems allow you to hold the shift key while selecting files in the file list. Once you have multiple files selected, then hit the upload button to send all of them one-at-a-time to the FTP server.
