Admin - Place order error

I have been testing my site. And I found this odd error when adding a product with options to a new order. After the error pops up. If i hit F5 and refresh the item was added. But the cancel button will not work.

I didn't get that error, but I wasn't using inventory. Are you?
I did get an error if the product used swatches- I had to uncheck the swatches in order for the options to come up.

some items i have using inventory, But not this item.
Dose your product have many options?

No, it only had one option.
