Showing bundled price for the Product

Hi,

I have two products in my shopping cart application. One product is hidden and another one is public. Public product contains hidden product as a kit/bundle. In the price field actual cost are added for both the products, so in the product page of public product displays only price of that product and after adding the product to catalogue, then it will display combined price of Public product and hidden product. Is there a way to show combined price(public + hidden products) for Public product?

When creating kit components, mark component as included shown. Now if you preview the master product having kits you will see that main product will show its price + kitted item price.

Because the Kitting product is hidden, right now "Included-Hidden" option is selected for Kitting.
Is this right option?

KitComponent's input type options have nothing to do with product visibility, Included Hidden means kitted products will be include to kits by default but won't be shown on product details page. Similarly Included shown means kitted products will be include with master product purchase and that information will be visible to user. Even if you have selected Included Shown you can make it show kit price included in base price. Make sure that you when adding product to kits you have selected Use Product Price option for Kit Price:.
