Edit order Shipping Issues

When trying to add a new item to an existing order, it is telling me I have to pick a shipper, but there is no shippers in the dropdown, its blank...so I cant add the item because I cant select a shipper. I have the correct vendor and warehouse selected. Any ideas?

By shipper, do you mean "Shipment"?

Is your order might be all non-shippable products? If so, and you're trying to subsequently add a shippable item, you will have to add a new shipment first before you add the shippable item. Shipment entries are not created for orders that contain all non-shippable goods.

Yes, I do mean "shipment". Thanks on the correction. And yes, that is exactly the case, it was all non-shippable items. I have never actually done this operation before. My misreading explained my confusion. THX!
