Change the email address that the customer note notification

I am trying to change the email address that the notification goes to when a customer adds a note to their order, but i am not having any luck.

Where did you specified new Email address and it didn't worked?

Under Administration > Configure > Email > Settings >General I changed the default and service email to the one i want it to go to. Do i change it somewhere else? i am not sure what these 2 emails are specifically for.

I forgot. I also want the from address for the order conformations changed to that too.

Anyone have any thoughts on this? I am currently having to forward a ton of emails manually.

Try to change all email templates manually from : Administration > Configure > Email > Templates

Click the 'Edit' icon for each template and change the From: and To: emails.
