Has any one tried using RightNow CX with AC. It looks like a perfect solution, but I was wondering if there is any integration issues that I might run into.

I just talked to a rep and they focus on businesses with 20+ customer service reps, so I am looking into Parature.

For any one interested Parature is about 10K to set up and about 1500 per year per seat. It looks like both solutions are major over kill for a small business unless you are majorly a service based business.

So i think i am going with HELPSPOT. It is scalable from 1 person and up. Now I just need to figure out how to get it to reference my AC data.
