PayPal Standard and Shipping Address

Forgive me if this is a question that has already been answered. I've read through many posts about PayPal and have seen some references to the shipping address not getting passed through. Most of them are old posts - so my question.

We are using PayPal Website Payments Standard and the client has asked about passing the billing and shipping information to PayPal to prefill their forms. Is this possible?

I noticed in the PayPal Website Payments Standards Integration Guide that it is possible to prefill info on the PayPal forms using HTML variables. Is this currently support from Able Commerce? (see section beginning on page 413 of PayPal document https://cms.paypal.com/cms_content/US/e ... nGuide.pdf
