Integrated FedEx not showing as an option

I have FedEx set up.
I have weight and dimensions on my products
I have 5 methods set up (ground, 1 day, 2 day, 3 day, home del)
I have a basic flat fee for all ground as the first priority
When I load the cart, I get the flat fee option but none of the express
Any idea what I didn't do right?

Check your shipping weight and dimensions and make sure they qualify all shipping methods and secondly what about your shipping address. it may be the case that some shipping methods are not available for that destination.

I think you are right mazhar. Check the destination where your cargo should be delivered. Maybe they have different arrangement in that area. Anyway, check this out, http://fedex.com/us/dropoff/quickhelp_dropoff.html.
