Local Install Error

I am trying to install the demo locally.
I transferd the files.
Opened the default page in the install folder. The Eula displays. I click the link on the bottom and I amd getting this friendly error message.
We are sorry, but the page you are trying to access has experienced an error.
Please contact us to report this problem.

Are you trying to run AC7 in .Net 4.0 ?

Set it up for .Net 2.0 and run the App Pool in Classic mode on the IIS server.

Fred had me change it to 3.5 and it worked.
