USPS Shipping Quotes are not displaying

Hello, I have a ling time customer whom recently notified me that his USPS shipping services were noit displaying in the checkout area, just the UPS ones.

We have checked the USPS website and we have the correct links, it did work and nothing seems changed with usps.

Anyhow the info about my copy is:
