ac_Categories and Product Relationship

This is really simple question but I cannot find an answer to it.

Where is the relationship between Product and Categories setup? I see from the admin section that products can have multiple categories so I am assuming there is a Product-x-Category table but I cannot find where that relationship exists at the DB level.
