Manual Shipping Cost Entry on Admin Entered Order

Is there an easy way to enter the shipping cost as the admin when placing an order manually for a customer on the back end?

Right now, it uses a system calculated number which doesn't always match up exactly with a quote that we had sent out previously. If we accept that and change it later it is a problem b/c AC already automatically sent out an invoice with the improper amount to the customer.
