Hello all,
Anyone have the scoop on how to get Puerto Rico to work with AC 7? I searched the forums but found no definitive answer. No shipping rates (USPS or FedEx) coming up.
Thanks.

Re: Puerto Rico
I seem to remember something about this. Try my store and see if you get rates for it and if so I will try and figure out what I had to do.

Tim,
Thanks - yes, I did get a UPS rate. I use USPS and FedEx.
Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Puerto Rico
I offer USPS as well which means I did not fix the issue and have the same problem evidently. UPS must work differently? I will see what I can come up with.
Re: Puerto Rico
USPS considers Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Virgin Islands as well as APO, FPO and DPO to be provinces/states under the United States. If you turn on debugging for USPS and UPS you can use the shipping calculator to look at the responses from USPS when Puerto Rico is configured as a country and then when you configure it as a province/state of the United States. The debug logs are in App_Data\Logs.
I don't think UPS or FedEx work the same way as USPS. Our clients are only shipping USPS outside the US so we haven't had to mix the two.

Re: Puerto Rico
I'm not sure I remember correctly, but I think we had to add Puerto Rico as a province twice because UPS and USPS considered it differently.

Re: Puerto Rico
Thanks Judy, read that, will try it.
Sure would be nice if APO, FPO, PR, etc. worked out of the box.
