Just got off the phone with FED EX, it SHOULD be on our list of Select Services (Shipping Methods)
but NOPE it is NOT there, i would take that as able commerce does not support it..???

Here is the dev. docs for it from fedex if a programmer wants to take a look at is and offer it as a mod....
