Gold R4 Admin search doesn't include digital goods

We're seeing that the admin search feature does not include Digital Goods in the search results. This is different than Able 7.x.

Is there a way to get them included in the search? Or is it a case where the search page and the source routine have to be updated to support digital goods as results?

We have full source code on this project.

are you taking about search that we have in admin header or its about the Manage Products page? Also can you give some scenario explaining the product and search settings to reproduce the case?

Yes the admin header search. In 7.x, the admin header search included digital goods. In Able Gold, it does not.

Oddly enough, the 7.x doesn't find the search value '02887' in the SKU field. Able Gold found the product. However this doesn't really matter now since we've upgraded.

But as you can see below, 7.x would find the digital good yet Gold does not find it.

In gold we implemented the header search this way. I just confirmed in gold we allow to search Users, Products and orders from admin header search.
