Error when deleting Subscription

We are having an issue with orders in Able Gold (build 5731).

We have a product where if purchased the client can select 3 additional products at no charge. This works except that if we wish to change the additional products from the admin interface anything we change (additions / removals) nothing is removed from the product list on the Summary tab. The Items tab looks the way we want, but the Summary tab has all of the products that were removed as well as the new ones added.

Can anybody confirm if this behavior is present on their site or on a clean install of build 5731?

Where are the summary tab and items tab located? When you say "productlist", what do you mean?

Hi, I apologize for not specifying, my description is from the view order page: /Admin/Orders/ViewOrder.aspx

When I say "product list" what I mean is the "Order Contents" on the Summary tab of the View Order page.

I am using Build 5731. I am able to add and remove items from an order using the Items tab, and the Order Contents on the Summary tab are correct. However, none of my products are subscriptions.

This wasn't communicated to me correctly. The core of the issue is that if Product A is set up so that product B,C,D, or E can be included at no charge through the "Kit" portion of the product, whichever the customer selects will not show up in the Items tab in the order, but only on the Summary tab, which does not allow an administrator to alter the customer's selection.

A use case for this is:

1. Customer orders product A
a) When ordering product A the customer can select one of products B,C,D,E at no charge (configured through Kitting of Product A)
b) customer selects product C
2. Customer pays for their order
3. Customer asks our company if they can change their selection from product C to product D

The only way to accomplish this is to cancel the entire order and put it in again, which is very inconvenient when the customer has already paid. Before the AbleGold upgrade product A and product C showed up under the "Items" tab and they could be manipulated that way, but now only product A shows up under the "Items" tab, we can see they selected product C on the "Summary" tab, but we cannot alter the customer's selection.

I repeated the steps on build 5731 and I was able to add/remove products from kitted order. After creating a product as explained and making checkout I endedup with an order having few product items including the main kit item along with selected child product. If I want to change the child Items I can remove it from list and then add some other one where I can provide price=0. Once done its part of order and can be seen or order summary page as well. I am not sure if I am missing somthing. This seems to be working for me.

Are your kits set up as bundled or itemized?

During my test I used both bundled/itemized configurations. They both worked.

Thanks Judy! It was because the products were set up as bundled, changing it to itemized makes it work the way I want.

Mazhar, I still cannot figure out how to manipulate the choices when the product is set to bundled configuration, i.e. only the parent product shows up in the Items tab and I cannot figure out another location to modify the selections. Your description of the process looks like you are correctly interpreting my issue, but as I said how can I do this under a bundled configuration?

I am using build#5731 and for me it always creates editable order items even for bundled products.
