R4 new product display page

I'm working on a site that has a customized display page and it is used for some of the products. I haven't figured out a way to use the customized display page for the mobile view of the same product. I created the one for the standard site and then added the new page in the admin under Website/Product Pages, then assigned that new page to the product.
Is there a way to get the mobile product page to pick that up?

Mobile pages don't use product page framework. Mobile product page is simply a standard ASP.NET page using a master page, doesn't really have any CMS ability. If you want to change it then you have to make manual changes.

I did finally code it so that it showed either the normal buy product dialog or the custom one, depending on the display page setting for the product in the admin. This is similar to what Able does with the three normal display pages a product an have- hiding or showing the conlibs.
