.NET 4.5

We host two Gold R5 sites on our server, and are looking to install asp.NET 4.5. Will this cause any issues with these two stores?

Yeah GoldR5 will keep working after upgrade to .NET 4.5. GoldR5 targets .NET 4 behaviors and will keep working without any problems targeting .NET 4 run time after .NET 4.5 upgrade.
