Shipping on mobile does not match what is in admin

I was wondering if anyone else is having a problem with the mobile site shipping methods not matching shipping methods in the admin. We have standard shipping, express shipping, and next day. For some reason on the mobile site standard shipping does not show up, only express and next day. Everything is working fine on the main site.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,

Can you provide a little more detail on the shipping setup? Are you using custom shipping methods, or are you using one of the integrated providers?

One thing you can do is to enable the debug setting from the shipping configure page. Then run the same order through both the mobile and regular site. Now compare the info in the debug file located in the \app_data\logs\ folder. Are there any differences?

Hello Katie,
Thank you for your help,
We are using custom shipping rates determined by purchase amount. $0 - $25 is $5.95, $26 - $50 is $6.95, $51 -74 is $7.95, $75 or more is free. We are not using integrated shipping.
I have not experienced it myself, My customers are telling me this. Several have sent screenshots. My designer says she was able to recreate the problem yesterday at 4:00 pm. For some reason we are not able to recreate the problem today. It seems to be working now.
I just tried it on my phone and it was working when I was checking out as a guest. I am not able to log in on the mobile site. I just found this out.
When I went to test it by logging in to my account i was not able to log in. The verification number looks like this:

Hi,

So, to catch up...you are saying that the CAPTCHA is not working on your mobile phone? Is it possible to provide a URL so I can give it a try? My test install is on the localhost domain, so it's not easy for me to test with a phone.

Thank you again for your help.
The url for the mobile captcha is https://www.libbystory.com/mobile/Login.aspx.
Also, I just received the screen shots from the the customer. They told me it was mobile but the screenshots are desktop. I am not quite sure why we can not recreate the problem now. We have had several customers tel us about this problem so it is not just one customer messing up. See Screen shots below.

Our Captcha on our mobile site looks like the above. It is non readable using Android 4.3 operating system on a Samsung phone if that means anything. Our Able Software version is R6 6169 build. Any feedback would be great.
