install of latest gold release

I am trying to do a new install on my laptop (windows 7). And having a tough go of it. The install folder has a default.aspx.cs filed but no default.aspx. Please advise!

Are you trying install on upgrade package? This may happen if you have already removed install folder from existing setup of Gold. After applying upgrade package which does contain modified Install folder and files. This may create install folder which may only contain files modified in R7.

I ran into that problem myself and had to get the default.aspx from the full version. I don't remember what I was doing at the time or why though.

i'm up and running. I was mistakenly using an upgrade version and simply wanted a clean install. Got that working just fine.
