Volume Discounts

For some reason, recently (it worked correctly before) VOLUME DISCOUNTS is off by 1 number.

i have it set at 6 min/6 max and it gives the discount at 5
and it continues throughout the levels
set at 9 min/9 max it gives that discount at 8.

Thoughts??

What version are you using, and when you say that "it worked correctly before", did you make any customizations or upgrade the software?

I don't think we've made any changes to discount code in a very long time. If you can provide a link to your website, I would like to see this.

http://www.roadkilltshirts.com and http://www.badideatshirts.com We made changes to variants but nothing in discount when it happened. We made a change to the discount a couple of days earlier but it worked then. No upgrades.

After some testing, we determined that this issue exists in R6 with taxes enabled, but it has been fixed in R7. I'd like to suggest that you think about upgrading. Many bugs were fixed in R7. You might also consider upgrading to the latest R10 which includes Responsive Design templates and TaxCloud.

Once we have a better idea of which code was changed to fix the issue, then I'll give you another update.
